Expert Consulting for Pre-Project Planning, Insurance Claims & Forensic Investigation and Testing (FIT)
CASS Sheetmetal has the capacity and expertise to investigate problematic roofing systems. Our experience has shown traditional construction techniques have not always been incorporated into roofs thus leading to premature failure of a system resulting in extensive damages. Typically, our investigations require destructive testing, removal of roofing components and perhaps laboratory analysis to verify deficiencies built into the roofing. Findings from our FIT services are used to develop cost effective renovation strategies.
